01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 3n4n7 ("3n4n7," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 3n4n7 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 3n4n7.net (the "Platform").

03 Account Registration

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 3n4n7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • KYC Verification: 3n4n7 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: Your 3n4n7 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

3n4n7 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3n4n7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond 3n4n7's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption or cessation of Platform services for maintenance, upgrades, or regulatory compliance.

3n4n7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3n4n7 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3n4n7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11 Privacy & Data

3n4n7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3n4n7 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 3n4n7 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

3n4n7 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

3n4n7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Your voluntary request to close your account.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 3n4n7 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, 3n4n7 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by the applicable regulatory authority.
